This is a relatively new tool to Illustrator, and for a long time I just ignored it. I thought it was just something to use along with the Pen Tool and there were better ways to get the job done.

Well, I was wrong.

When you need a curve, there really isn’t a better way to get the job done than grabbing the Curvature Tool.

Not only can you create curved lines quickly and easily, but you can edit existing paths to add curves to straight lines or edit existing curves.

And it’s fun to say “Curvature.”
