2. Response to Infringement Notices

Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, Digiversity will take appropriate actions, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material. We may also notify the user who posted the material of the claim.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the Material: The location of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled.
  • Statement of Good Faith: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, the judicial district in which Digiversity is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notice or an agent of such person.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, Digiversity will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

5. Modifications to Policy

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our Site with an updated effective date. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.
