The Arc Tool can be created with a simple drag. But to control the Arc Tool beyond the default settings, you’re going to need to know a few things more.

There are keyboard shortcuts to apply while drawing that help you modify the line while creating it. You can also create an arc by entering some numbers in the Arc Tool Window.
