I really love the new Select Subject & Sky, especially on Lightroom Mobile where masking with my finger isn’t always the easiest thing to do.

Select Subject has been in Photoshop for awhile now, but Adobe has expanded the lineup to include Lightroom Mobile, Lightroom, and Adobe Camera Raw. AND they’ve given us that additional tool of Select Sky.

And it works.

It works really well most of the time.

In this Episode I show you how it works and I show you what happens when I try to break it, or trick it, with images that should be a challenge for it.

In addition to the Select Subject & Sky masks are a whole list of tools to help us refine our selections, or bypass or Subject or Sky completely and mask a totally different way.
